Booking Conditions

The booking is confirmed when the booker has made the required payment and it appears on the Villa IKI account. The payment must therefore be made in connection with the booking confirmation. Payments with the information shown below

Cancellation Conditions

If the booker wants to cancel the booking, they must ALWAYS notify the contact person of the property in writing. If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the guests’ arrival, the cancellation notification must definitely be sent to the contact person, and the cancellation must also be confirmed by calling. The costs incurred from cancelling the booking depend on whether the owner has received the written cancellation notification. If the written notification is received more than 30 days before the arrival date, Villa IKI will refund the entire prepayment, minus the service fee (50€) and cancellation fee (100€). If the written cancellation is received less than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the reservation value will be charged. If the cancellation occurs 14 days before the start of the reservation, the full payment will be charged. The cancellation will take effect on the day the contact person has received the booker’s written cancellation notification. If the booker can prove that the cancellation notification has been sent to the correct address by the due date at the latest, the contact person will accept the cancellation, even if the notification has arrived late or not at all. If the cancellation is due to the illness, injury or death of a close relative or guest, Villa IKI will refund the tour operator 30% of the prepayment, minus the service fee (50€) and cancellation fee (100€). The booker must provide the contact person with a reliable document such as a medical certificate within 14 days. If the booker wants to change the reservation after the reservation has been confirmed, this will be interpreted as a cancellation of the reservation and the changes will constitute a completely new reservation.

Obligation to Provide Guest Information

According to the Accommodation Act, the passenger must fill out a passenger declaration before staying. Download the GUEST DECLARATION HERE. The guest declaration must be completed before the start of the reservation. This must be sent to the contact person by email before the start of the reservation. Failure to provide information and providing false personal information are punishable by the Criminal Code.

Villa IKI’s right to cancel the reservation

Villa IKI reserves the right to cancel the reservation for force majeure reasons or other reasons that are beyond Villa IKI’s control, such as in the event of fire or water damage. In this case, Villa IKI will notify the booker immediately and refund the full amount paid. If advance payments have not been paid on time, Villa IKI has the right to cancel the reservation.

Key handover

An electronic key will be sent to the guest via email upon booking.

Accommodation

The villa is available to guests no earlier than 16:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the villa must be vacated no later than 12:00. The booker must inform the guests of these times in advance. If the customer needs an earlier arrival or a later departure time, this must be agreed separately. A separate compensation will be agreed for this. The price of the villa includes bed linen, towels, bathrobes, kitchen and cutlery for eight people. Other services are charged separately. Final cleaning is included in the accommodation price.

Pets, damage and smoking

Pets are not allowed in Villa IKI. Guests must report any damage to the villa or its contents to the Villa IKI contact person or the cleaning company. This applies to, among other things, goods, electronic devices, furniture and other movables. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. If smoking does occur, the booking party will be charged a cleaning fee of at least 300 euros.

Termination of the contract due to disturbance or violent behavior

If the guest causes a continuous disturbance with their actions and / or is a danger to themselves or other residents, and does not follow the instructions of Villa IKI staff, Villa IKI has the right to terminate the contract and remove the guest from the area. The guest is then responsible for all costs incurred.

Number of guests

The number of people staying in the villa must not exceed the number stated on the invoice (8). If the number of people differs from that stated on the invoice or voucher, Villa IKI reserves the right to charge the guest an additional fee. Accommodation of additional guests in caravans or similar is prohibited in the Villa IKI area.

Complaints and mediation

If the booker or the villa guests wish to make a complaint about either the booking or the condition of the villas, they must immediately notify the contact person so that the matter can be resolved quickly. If the complaint is not resolved during the stay, the booker must contact the Villa IKI contact person within one week for further action. If the Villa
